We have an exciting Customs Compiler-Classifier available within our Sydney office.

Key Activities/Accountabilities
- Responsible to Tower Manager & will be mentored by team brokers and other senior brokers within Geodis.
- Identify ABF, DAFF and ATO initiatives that can benefit our customers and in turn liaise with the Customs Brokers and/or Tower Manager to bring these initiatives for our clients to fruition.
- Manage document flow from client and chase any/all missing documentation to enable smooth and on-time customs clearance in line with KPI’s. (example but not limited to: CHAFTA, AUSFTA, Man Dec’s etc)
- Chase and update system with required Producer Codes
- Manage any reporting requirements at clients and tower managers discretion
- Monitor transshipments
- Manage valuation procedures (cross-referencing commercial invoice values match PO data before finalizing pre-lodgement).
- Manage classification
- Manage your time efficiently
- Preparing DRR’s for broker assessment & sign off
- Other duties as directed by department manager

$77,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
