Temp Accounts Payable Officer required for a minimum of 4 weeks at a busy manufacturer in Padstow.
**Your new role**
- Provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the company
- Processing, verifying and reconciling invoices
- Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments
- Track all payments and expenditures
- Reconcile work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Ensure payments received for outstanding credit
- Prepare monthly accounts and produce monthly reports
- Verify, classify, compute, post and record accounts receivables' data
- Process, verify and reconcile invoices, prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Ensure bills are paid within appropriate time frame
- Produce records, bookkeeping, financial transactions to be used at tax time
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Completed Accounting qualifications
- Experience and strong knowledge of XERO accounting software essential
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounts payable and collections fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
