Your new role
- Liaising with purchasing department & overseas supplier to organise payments
- Processing OS creditor invoices
- Process credit notes
- Process PO and reconciling
- Action Pre payment requests
- High volume processing of invoices
- Mostly oversees invoices
- Assigning infringements
- Managing insurance claims
- Ordering new vehicles
- Other adhoc administrative duties

What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong math skills and an aptitude for working with numbers
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
