Construction company in Mascot requires a permanent Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.

**Your new company**
Join this well respected construction and interior design company as part of their busy Accounts Payable team.

**Your new role**
Working closely with the Finance Manager and AP supervisor key duties include
Processing and organising invoice approvals up to 500 weekly
working closely with project managers and subcontractors on payment queries
Work order checks
Weekly and monthly payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations

**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a busy accounts payable role would be highly suitable
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payment of subcontractors

**What you'll get in return**
