We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our growing team. This is a permanent position, FIFO 8:6 roster, working on a regional civil construction project with a Tier 1 Gold Company in the Northern Pilbara. The project will be predominately earthworks, tailing dams and road infrastructure.

You will be working with a team to ensure all site and project operations are executed to the client needs and provide administrative support to the project team.

**About you**:
You will bring previous experience in mining and the resources sector together with excellent communication and presentation skills. In addition, we are seeking the following:

- Minimum 3 years Site Administrative experience (FIFO experience preferred);
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite & Sharepoint;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Effective time management and attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality;
- Experience using SAM Workflow or similar for Flights and Accommodation bookings.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Data entry including timesheets & training records
- Maintain plant hours & daily fuel usage.
- Generate daily costing and production reports.
- Maintain registers.
- Receipt goods and services.
- Create purchase requisitions and work orders as required.
- Maintain crew roster and allocation of travel &
- Document control
