**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Rail & Civil Infrastructure Projects team based in South Australia on a full-time permanent basis. Office located in Underdale.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is primarily responsible for management of all general office and project financial administrative duties within the Infrastructure Projects team.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the business unit through efficient use of Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Provide high quality customer service in all day-to-day administrative support related activities.
- Arrange and maintain document management system for operational business units.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for work crews.
- Management of suppliers/subcontractors in JDE, raise purchase orders and subcontract orders, receipt and pay purchase orders.
- Prepare and/ or collate timesheets for wages personnel and submit to the Payroll Office within established time frames.
- Answering telephone queries and directing queries to the appropriate person.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in working in an administration environment
- Experience dealing with and processing confidential information
- Prior experience in data entry and invoice control
- Competent skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience utilising company specific IT products including JDE and SAP would be a bonus.
