Project Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint a talented and energetic person on an **eight-month parental leave contract **for a **Project Coordinator **role based out of **Underdale, SA **. This role is responsible for supporting the Engineering Team to ensure that all internal and external processes are followed, coordinate with operational delivery teams to complete projects on time, meet or exceed quality requirements, and in a safe and efficient manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support daily operations of the Surfacing team through coordination and scheduling.
- Assist with managing the Engineering roster and monitor project compliance with Downer standards.
- Coordinate weekly and monthly project reporting and manage documentation for projects.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including meeting minute distribution, progress claims, and job costing.
- Collaborate with Downer personnel to ensure logístical compliance and maintain an accurate document management system.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator with exposure to the civil or road sectors (highly advantageous).
- Proven ability to diligently and accurately follow processes.
- Skills in gathering information and accurately entering data to appropriate databases.
- An aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of computer processes and experience using the Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
