**About the Role**

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our journey in raising the standard of care provided to people living with a disability.

**Components of the role include Personal Care, Implementing Behaviour Support Plans, Implementing Authorised Restrictive Practices, Medication Administration, Domestic Assistance, Manual Handling, and Facilitating Social and Community Engagement.**

**About You**
- 6 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Medication Administration Certificate (desirable not essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s License & Car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
- Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support
