We’re searching for an experienced Business Services Manager in public practice to join our Toowoomba team

**What will your typical week look like?**

In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional client engagement while supporting and developing our dedicated team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, and lead and mentor others.
- Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns, and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts, and a range of individual businesses.
- Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients.
- Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners.
- Work closely with Adviser Support Managers and Partners to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Mentor and coach junior staff team members.

**Let’s talk about you**

You are someone with
- Public practice experience and ability to lead & support others.
- Achieved CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this.
- Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel).
- Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services.
