Are you a positive and motivated individual with a high attention to detail and exceptional time management skills?

We currently have a position available for an a full time Client Services Manager to join our Financial Planning team. Based in our Toowoomba office, the role is well suited to an energetic and proactive person with exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Arranging client review appointments;
  • Completing all paperwork for client advice and meetings and implement where directed by an Advisor;
  • Organising and processing deposits, withdrawals and switches for clients;
  • Attending to client queries;
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements such as Fee Disclosure and Opt-In; and
  • General office administrational tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A positive attitude and motivation to grow and develop your skills in this role.
  • Demonstrated industry experience in financial planning or related professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete a range of administrative tasks utilising Microsoft Office products, including spreadsheets, reports, letters and schedules;
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the confidence to speak up when issues are identified;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills; and
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Previous experience in a similar role in a professional services firm would be favorable, but is not required.

Remuneration for this role will be based on the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020 and the successful applicant's skill and experience.
