Client Services Assistant role based in Toowoomba on a permanent full time basis

**Your new role**
The Client Services Assistant will be working directly with the accounting team - that is - the managers and directors and providing them with the highest level of administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Extensive client communications
- Lodgement monitoring and management
- Budget, workflow and communication management
- Tax information management, processing and collation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Accounting program knowledge and understanding
- Budgets and workflow experience
- Exceptional client based relations
- Superior Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent time and team management skills
- Outstanding team interaction and communication skills
