**Our client**
An ASX listed infrastructure business with a mandate to own, operate and further build upon its global portfolio of assets. A new opportunity has arisen for a Manager, Investor Relations to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly active Investor Relations team which acts as the market face of a dynamic, growing business.
**The opportunity**
Supporting the Acting Director, Investor Relations, this is a highly visible position in a team that is the first point of contact with the investment community - comprised of predominately institutional investors.
Responsible for supporting the executing the investor relations strategy, you will be required to closely understand the underlying business and its value drivers to effectively inform the market. This will involve the production of investor communication collateral including ASX announcements, the Annual Report, Q&A as well as managing and delivering investor relations activities and events.
Utilising your high levels of numeracy and commercial acumen, you will also have the ability to work through external research reports, and partner with analysts to deepen their understanding of the business, ensuing they are working with correct assumptions and approaches.
Additionally, the Manager, Investor Relations will also be a key support to internal business stakeholders, aligning corporate messaging, sharing market research, insights and key investment themes.
**Required skills & experience**
A high degree of numeracy and commercial acumen will be critical and prior experience working with capital intensive assets such as energy and infrastructure will be looked upon favourably.
