**About The Role**
- A day in the life of the Investor Relations Manager will be varied, interesting and fun. The role will be to engage actively with external market participants, internal decision-makers and colleagues from across the organization. The role holder will be curious, analytical, and intuitively understand what issues are emerging and how PEXA should respond. They will challenge our financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow), providing a strong external lens. The individual will understand the company strategy and work with the relevant colleagues to ensure effective communication of demonstration of value being created and will be instrumental in developing materials (investor results presentations, ASX announcements, AGM materials, investor strategy updates) to support effective market communications.
- A typical day, to the extent that there is one, could involve assessing what is driving markets overnight, implications for PEXA, and developing deep relations within the Equity Markets and across PEXA at all levels. This role will also be responsible for the typical investor relations activities such as developing relationship plans for existing and target investors (in conjunction with the GM IR), revising communications approach to increase impact, understanding market expectations relative to internal performance and engaging directly with their own set of market participants.

- We are working closely with PEXA executives to provide market perspectives on performance, strategy narrative and preparation for investor meetings.
- Utilize their analytical and financial modeling skills to help influence messaging on performance updates
- Delivery of “fact pack” materials and Q&A preparations
- Developing a strong network both internally to PEXA as well as market participants

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Financially and commercially literate - CA / CPA or CFA qualified
- Financial modelling capability essential - 3 way basic operational / valuation model
- Strong skills in Powerpoint and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to develop investor materials such as
- results materials_
- market summaries_
- board materials_
- This person will have previous experience within an investor relations function or as a buy / sell side analyst / investment banking or professional services supporting transaction activity
