Investor-focused private lender looking for an investor relations manager to join their growing team

**Your new company**
This successful investor-focused private lender has embraced and adapted to the Australian lending market to provide excellent credit solutions to property developers and investors across the residential and commercial property sector. Their philosophies centre around being committed to providing the highest standards of service to their clients and they have been expanding quite rapidly since their inception.

**Your new role**
- Raise Australian domiciled capital from wholesale and sophisticated investors
- Primary role is to grow the Australian investor base nationally, whilst domiciled out of our Melbourne office
- Travel interstate, to meet with HNW investors, financial planners, wealth managers and run investor events.
- Prepare marketing collateral, term sheet preparation and investor reporting expertise
- Support the development & articulation of strategic planning relating to growing investor database and translate this strategy into actionable item
- General investor relations and investor management duties
- Responsible for monthly investor reporting and updates, including income distribution statements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Manager level experience in wholesale client distribution
- Previous experience in funds management, fixed income, private debt, property finance, property equity is preferred but not required
- Team player with a positive attitude and pro-active approach to work
- Able to develop strong internal/external network and ability to build relationships and work with professionals around the organization
- Proactively seeks opportunities to get involved in more challenging projects
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and creative problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation and delivery of presentations
