Join the Stockland Halcyon team, you’ll be based at our Vista site located in Logan Village. As our construction workload continues to grow, we are looking for two dedicated Leading Hand’s to help prepare homes for quality assurance inspections and new homeowner visits.

**About the role**

A great opportunity if you are eager to expand your experience in residential construction and advance your career. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working on a multi-year project.

Reporting to the Senior Leading Hand and Site Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday.
- Preparing houses for quality inspections
- Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover
- Conducting QA inspections on homes and creating lists to be sent out to trades and contractors
- Organising materials from delivery and allocating where they should be
- Liaising with contractors onsite
- Performing house and site clean ups

**About you**
- Experience on construction sites, residential would be advantageous, working as a Leading Hand or experienced Labourer
- A trade certificate in Carpentry preferable but not essential
- Must hold a current white card
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate or a refresher can be arranged
- Have your own PPE - steel caps and high-vis and if you have your own tools but can be provided if not
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to/from work
- Hold any tickets, such as Forklift, Bobcat or any others, but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
