**About the role at Carma**

An opportunity to work in-house at the beginning of our journey in a hands-on role to bring the Carma brand to life through entertaining static and video content across various channels. We are looking for someone equally confident in telling a story in static or video - (whether it’s 6, 15 or 30 seconds) and is collaborative, proactive and passionate about finding new ways to engage audiences. This is a brand new role on the team, we are at the start of our content journey, so there is plenty of room to make an immediate impact.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
- Market and Customer Research - Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
- Content Development - Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts the relevant audiences

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
