OMG Content Team Description
OMG Content is a high performing, dynamic team within OMG. We specialise in creative, innovative and connected solutions for our clients that fuel their business growth. We deliver award-winning work across 4 product pillars of: Entertainment Partnerships, Sport Partnerships, Social & Innovation and Creative Solutions. **Reporting Structure**:
National Head of Creative Solutions, OMG Content
Base of Operation
- Located at OMG's offices in Redfern, Sydney
- Your role may involve domestic travel to our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices or shoot locations

**Overview**:
The Creative Solutions pillar is specifically responsible for the creative strategy, concept development and production of creative work. We create long form content, short-form content and integrated campaigns across a range of media channels including social, digital display, print, radio, OOH, mobile and video.
We believe the best Creatives are one third strategist, one third creative, and one third entrepreneurs.
They are able to work with our planning team to spot a strategic need for a client and then build a strategy and communications product that can fit that requirement.
They are inspired by popular culture and alongside our team of content producers work with the best people in relevant industries to bring the idea to life.
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years of experience in a production or creative project management role.
- A keen interest in the creative development and production of creative work across, advertising, motion graphics design, digital display, print, photography, video production and editing.
- You will work with the National Head of Creative Solutions and the wider OMG Content team to establish budgets, timelines and project plans.
