ECCO products can be found in 4,000 branded sales locations in over 90 countries; a growth fuelled by ECCO's consistent aim of making the best shoes in the world. **Position summary**: ECCO Pacific is seeking a talented and passionate **Supply & Demand Planner** to join our amazing supportive team in our Support Centre at Norwest Business Park Reporting to the Logistics & Distribution Manager, this full-time role will be the key player in effectively planning and managing the demand planning and supply process for ECCO across Australia & New Zealand. **Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**: - Monitoring inventory levels, lead times, costs and sales/promotions - Forecasting, collection and order release - Preparing, monitoring, releasing & following up on production orders - Communicating with stakeholders on delays and impacts on stock or deadlines - Maintaining inventory records and ensuring the right stock is available at the right time - Reviewing and adjusting free stock & historical data - Preparing, uploading & reporting on costing/pricing and freight/duty table - Maintaining meticulous records - Working closely with Merchandising, Retail, Logistics and Asia Pacific stakeholders **Skills that will help you in this role**: - Prior experience as a supply/demand planner - Excel - intermediate to advanced level - SAP experience or similar - Anaplan experience highly regarded - A highly proactive and collaborative approach to your work - Well organised with excellent planning skills - Good analytical skills, particularly in data validation - Strong attention to detail with attention to high quality - Excellent communication skills - Be innovative, ask questions & be assertive where needed - Quick learner ECCO provides attractive benefits including generous staff discount, rewarding experiences, development, and flexible working arrangements in a progressive working environment.
