- UGL Defence is currently working towards the award of a fuel related Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract with Defence. We are recruiting for Fuel Supply Planners to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.

**The Role**

The Supply Planners, reporting to our Fuel Operations Manager, will join a small team of planners, based at UGL’s new Defence Hub in North Sydney. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Execution of the Fuel Supply Management Services (FSMS) on a day-to-day across their region
- Manage supply operations within 0-4-month time horizon coordinating; forecasting process, surge requirements and issuing supply notices
- Work closely with stakeholders to create, maintain and optimise supply
- Oversee data inputs in JFIMS, manage stock progression worksheets and monitor quality specs

**On Your First Day we expect you to bring to the team**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business/Commerce or significant industry experience
- Extensive experience in fuel supply chain operations and logistics in APAC with supply, scheduling, or trading experience
- Experience in quality demand forecasting and management of fuel with an understanding of product quality specifications and assurance procedures
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain relevant security clearance
