As our Knowledge Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the important task of managing the knowledge lifecycle within our IT support framework. Your contributions will cultivate an environment of continuous learning and information sharing, streamlining our department's operations and improving the service experience for end-users by empowering them with robust self-service options.
**Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the crafting and launch of the KMF (Knowledge Management Framework) for IT, including process operationalisation and strategic initiatives to accomplish KMF objectives. Uphold effective governance, furthering knowledge management best practices throughout the organisation. Assess KMF efficacy, delivering analytical reports and progressive enhancements. Guarantee new IT Services are backed by pertinent Knowledge articles, facilitating successful IT Team performance. Keep up-to-date with departmental objectives, ICT landscape evolutions, and broader ICT industry trends. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine and draft valuable knowledge base entries.
**Your Skillset**: - Demonstrated success in executing and upholding knowledge management structures in a service-oriented enterprise. Extensive expertise in guiding, educating, and supporting SMEs with knowledge base article updates and drafting. Strong capabilities in compiling clear and actionable reports.
**Desirable Experience**: - Experience in coordinating and sharing ICT knowledge in a large, distributed organisation. Experience in encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing. Experience in current industry knowledge management systems.
