**How You’ll Shine**

As the Systems & Data Administrator you will be responsible for supporting Campaigns, Strategies, Correspondence, Dialer, Projects, Systems & Reporting for Consumer Finance. You will also be responsible for the following:

- overseeing the intraday strategies across the collections department
- providing timely feedback and analysis on how to improve the existing processes and campaigns

**What You’ll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working within a contact centre
- Experience with a dialer and related systems
- Strong analytical skills
- 2 years in a banking and finance environment preferred
- Absolute attention to detail, thoroughness & accuracy
- Results driven with a focus in areas of accurate reporting & problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
- Self-motivated team player with demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
