**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Training Coordinator to support our Australian Training Team in the smooth delivery and administration of Gallagher Security courses. This role is essential to the success of our global training programme and ensures our partners, end-users, and team members receive the resources and support they need to succeed.
You’ll play a key role in managing course logistics, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a seamless learner experience for all who interact with Gallagher training in the region.
What you’ll lead and deliver:
- Coordination of all pre-course and post-course communications
- Training schedule and venue booking administration
- Registration and attendee tracking across courses
- Logistics management of training equipment, materials, and manuals
- Publication of course offerings and updates to internal systems
- Processing of Channel Partner invoices and certification issuing
- Support for training platforms including Microsoft Teams administration

Whether it's scheduling training sessions, liaising with venues, or handling course logistics - you bring energy, structure, and a solution-focused mindset.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in administration or coordination roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
- Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with SAP or ERP platforms (advantageous)
