As a member of our Consumer Finance team, your role will encompass the creation of insightful reports, execution of data-driven strategies, active participation in cross-functional projects, and the championing of continuous improvement initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a commitment to continuous skills enhancement.
- Hands-on experience with databases and SQL, coupled with data analysis and visualisation tool familiarity.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical prowess, and adept problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, upholding thoroughness and accuracy.
- A passion for process improvement and optimisation.
- A willingness to embrace growth and change, actively advocating process improvement principles.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous exposure to a contact center or finance environment is advantageous.
- Self-motivation, exceptional time management, multitasking, and organisational competencies.
