Reporting to the Head of Field Sales Premium Beverages, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Manager, WA. In this unique role, you will provide critical leadership, management and coaching to a team of Area Sales Managers as well as managing Retail Key Accounts in the WA market.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build a high-performing team by embedding a performance culture through setting clear individual and team goals and holding employees accountable for high standards of execution.
- Build effective long-term relationships with customers by understanding their key business drivers & requirements.
- Deliver profit and revenue targets from customers within the Off-Premise channel by understanding the customer’s value chain and how to jointly create more value.
- Be accountable for understanding and giving input into the commercial plans through annual and cycle planning, developing & executing an area plan, managing key customers, and building the team’s capability.

**About you**

You’re a highly skilled and impactful leader with the proven ability to manage large customer accounts. You are passionate about people management and always drive your own personal and professional development, whilst helping to build capability within your team.

Other key attributes we are looking for:

- Significant sales experience across field sales and account management in FMCG
- Proven experience coaching, leading and developing a high-performing and remote sales team.
- Demonstrated key account and customer relationship management experience.
- Outstanding financial and commercial acumen
