Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, located in Perth, WA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting property showings, and assisting with marketing initiatives. The role involves supporting the sales team, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the property market, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective buyers, managing property listings, attending viewings, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client engagement, and customer service
  • Knowledge of property market trends and real estate practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven approach
  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one
