An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to join us on a full-time basis to oversee the day to day management of a multidisciplinary team at our site in St Leonards.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the process of continuous improvement, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of systems and procedures as they relate to the administration of the support services, clerical staff and cardiac services provided to the community. This position is also crucial in developing relationships across the clinical teams and driving efficiency in processes for the site.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive a dynamic and innovative culture within the team where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional outcomes and care for our patients
- Daily operational oversight of the front desk which includes but is not limited to general reception and administrative services for the clinic including answering phones, making and managing patient appointments
- Effective and proactive diary management incorporating consultation and testing appointments in line with utilisation targets, key performance indicators and administrative protocols for appointments, testings and hospitals admissions
- Effective management of the financial requirements of the site, including daily reconciliation, billing, banking and month end
- Positively influence a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with key stakeholders and build effective relationships across the business
- Assist with recruitment and training.

**Who you are**:

- 5 year's experience as a Practice Manager in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated understanding of and an ability to provide superior patient care and stakeholder customer service
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team by inspiring confidence in and displaying behaviours in accordance with the organisation’s values
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in liaising, influencing and negotiating with staff at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in the development of local business plans to meet the objectives of the practice and its principals
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills with the ability to efficiently work simultaneously with numerous stakeholders under pressure
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and the resilience to overcome obstacles and ensure the completion of committed actions.
