**About the Company**
This organisation has a leading position and a rich history in the Australian market. It specialises in the assembly/fabrication of premium-end, custom-made products which are distributed under a number of brands through independent distributors. They directly employ around 400 people across a number of locations and host a variety of positions from corporate, sales and support roles through to product development, manufacturing & logistics.
**About the Position**
The new incumbent will role report to the company Managing Director and take over from a highly experienced HR leader and the function is well regarded. The role has a wide remit and manages a small team. Industrial agreements are in place and agreed but there will be a requirement for on going change management and capability development.
This role will suit a commercial, broad based generalist HR professional who can build relationships across a wide range of role types. It will be a busy role and the ability to prioritise is essential. Experience in light manufacturing or a similar environment would be ideal as well as the background of interfacing with offshore stakeholders in a global business.
This is a great opportunity to lead the function and work as a key member of the Executive Team for a strong and profitable, long standing business.
