We are seeking an innovative and motivated individual to join our Corporate Systems and Business Optimisation team.

As a **Knowledge Officer**, in our ATO Finance business area, you’ll provide support for corporate systems, including SAP User Portal, People Connect, Serraview and Time Management System. You’ll undertake activities to support the integrity of these systems and work collaboratively to build awareness of system functionality.

You will lead a small team to provide systems support and manage system change processes, including system testing, release management and the escalation of incidents. You’ll use your business analyst skills and implement business improvements through system changes. You’ll be accountable for managing conflicting priorities and contribute to projects that support the ATO’s corporate functions.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Canberra, Newcastle or Penrith**.
