**Salary package**:$103,636 - $110,821 per annum plus 17% superannuation

**The Position**

Applications are invited from individuals who like working in a fast-paced environment. You will promote interaction between researchers and end users to develop capacity for evidence-informed decision making. This is a key role in a high performing team to support research impact for biodiversity conservation. This role is also integral to the ongoing delivery of long-term monitoring of biodiversity in Australia and will support the continuation of the ANU Sustainable Farm initiative. The successful applicant will have experience in relationship development and be proactive and strategically minded with knowledge. They will also have experience identifying and building opportunities for individual and organizational capacity development. An understanding of science including landscape ecology or farming systems and experience in advocacy roles is highly desirable.

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills and the capacity to quickly develop productive, professional relationships with colleagues and government and industry partners.
