What you’ll do

Play a critical role in supporting our ambition to become a tier 1 media business and help unlock the value of Cartology’s unique data and effectiveness position.

Work closely with agencies to leverage the Woolworths data offering and Cartology retail out of home network, providing a positive customer service experience to ensure campaign objectives are met and revenue targets achieved.

Commercial Performance - Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals

Reporting - Developing robust quarterly/annual business and action plans

Market Engagement and Sales Acumen - Engage agency teams on strategic issues and unlock opportunities to support their overall marketing objective.

Internal Collaboration and Service - Partner with internal teams to develop the Cartology offering to better serve agency partnerships.

Team Leadership and Campaign Management - Manage direct reports (5+) and build a high-performance culture of collaboration and accountability.

What you’ll bring

Several years experience in media or digital advertising sales and relevant business development leadership function

Knowledge of and existing relationships at senior level across media agencies

Ability to develop strategic business plans to grow agency engagement to deliver strong revenue growth

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a focus on customer service

Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures

Collaborative self-starter approach
