We specialise in targeted omnichannel marketing solutions with closed-loop reporting, helping our Supplier Partners achieve their key objectives. As the **Group Retail Media Manager,** you will be an essential part of the MixIn team, reporting to the Head of Sales. Your role involves managing yourself and your team to significantly increase media investment from clients to meet or exceed targets.

Here’s a taster of the **Group Retail Media Manager** responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Retail Media Leads to develop revenue streams from both existing and new clients.
- Equip and support your team to confidently present and sell all MixIn media products (in-store, online, and emerging media) while aligning with client objectives.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of clients' goals and priorities within your team.
- Align MixIn’s sales activities with commercial category plans for BWS and Dan Murphy’s.
- Oversee pricing discussions (discounts and bundling) within agreed parameters.
- Inspire and drive your team to consistently achieve high performance in media sales.
- Exemplify the company's purpose and values to your team and the broader business.

**Qualifications**:
Now let’s talk about you:

- 5+ Years experience in retail media, or similar environments.
- Strategic thinking, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for growing multi-channel media sales.
- Proven success in expanding multi-channel media sales across various client types.
- Experience in selling digital media based on target audience insights.
- Expertise in managing campaigns utilising a diverse range of media inventory.
- Proficiency in demonstrating ROI to clients to encourage repeat business.
- Strong relationship-building skills with agencies through targeted business development.
