**The Company**:
CELOTTI WORKFORCE valued client is a fully licensed Australian owned and operated medicinal cannabis company. They are a respected industry leader with strong University collaborations and diligent focus on patient access alongside leading research and development.
Operations span national distribution of branded products from the Melbourne based distribution centre, telehealth, and research initiatives including clinical and observational trials.
The company is now entering an exciting phase of growth, fuelled by recent record-breaking investment.
**About the role**:
We are seeking a National Sales Manager to join the team on a full time basis, working closely with the CEO and Managing Director as an integral and highly valued foundational team member to drive sales of prescription medicines.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Build on existing sales channels and further develop strategy for defined sales objectives, targets and KPI’s.
- Develop and schedule representation at relevant medical, pharmacy, and pharmaceutical conferences and educational events to enhance brand awareness, boost sales, and establish new accounts.
- Contribute to recruitment of an exceptional Medical Science Liaison sales team to work nationally and maintain responsibility for team development and accountability.
- Establish sales performance metrics to monitor the advancement of both individual team members and the overall team
- Identify and target market opportunities for all potential customers including pharmacies, distributors and partners
- Establish ongoing pricing strategy to ensure sustained and profitable growth for the company.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated sales experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in medicinal cannabis, and/or pharmaceuticals, medical products, and GP sales.
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration highly regarded, marketing qualifications or a related field preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications Business, Pharmacy and/or Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven capability to assemble, lead, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and adept at time and project management, capable of effectively handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about creating a positive impact on people's lives by introducing alternative and more holistic medicines and working with the medical mainstream to legitimize medicinal cannabis.
