We are assisting our client, a group with expanding subsidiaries within various industries.

**The Role**:
The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Group's marketing. This is a diverse role with 5 subsidiaries all in different industries you will be utilising your digital marketing and eCommerce expertise to oversee the marketing team and help grow the company brands’ awareness, website traffic & organic growth.
- Build and manage a team of eCommerce and digital marketing specialists
- Manage all the marketing activities and provide advice to you team
- Assist with recruitment of digital marketing specialists
- Increase organic traffic through SEO, and other platforms including online stores
- Identification and problem solving using strategic methodologies
- Data analysis and reporting to management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, etc.
- Work autonomously and together with the marketing team to achieve pre-determined targets
- Other individual or group marketing activities as directed

**To be Successful**:

- Minimum 5 years in a similar eCommerce/digital marketing manager position (preferably having managed a group)
- Marketing Degree or equivalent in experience
- Experience in marketing & eCommerce programs such as Shopify, WordPress, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Omnisend. Moderate coding, liquid, and ruby experience
- Experience with Cin7 is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be: strategic, self motivated, friendly, flexible, collaborative and work well in a team as well as autonomously, driven to succeed and have a passion for helping business growth through your marketing expertise
