**About the Company**

Our client is a custom fabrication workshop dealing with a huge variety of exciting projects for the worldwide market. Operations are based in Geebung.

**Fabrication Supervisor**

We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to work closely with the production Manager and the fabrication team.

**Duties**
- Planning of each job and allocation of work throughout workshop
- Working with a team of Fabricators & trade assistants
- Manage welding inspections, weld tests and confirm correct welding procedures
- Report to the Production manager with work allocation
- Ensure product quality processes are developed and followed
- Uphold business standards and provide regular feedback to employees

**Skills & Experience Required**
- 3+ years of supervisory experience within the boilermaking and welding industry
- Trade Qualification within the fabrication industry
- Strong organisation skills and able to manage priorities in a structured manner.
- A knowledge of welding procedures and a variety of materials
- Capable of working with computer systems & Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- Dogman, Rigger, EWP of Forklift licences an advantage
