We need more people who are excited about bringing play and fitness solutions to the community, so we have started our search for Area Sales Managers in New South Wales.

What will you Do?
In the role of Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales activities in a designated territory of the either Sydney, New Castle or Canberra, working collaboratively with the KOMPAN sales team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business to grow revenue and market share.
  • Qualifying leads, sourcing and developing new opportunities for growth.
  • Identifying new customers through building sustainable relationships with key customers - including industry bodies and specialists.
  • Preparing and executing sales action plans for the territory.
  • Managing of Dynamic's 365 CRM system to manage your pipeline and day to day activities.

More About You
We'd like you to be able to say yes to some of the below:

  • 5+ years' experience in detailed specification selling.
  • B2B technical sales experience in Construction, Architectural or Engineering.
  • Well connected with local government authorities.
  • Strong relationship builder and influencer.
