As part of the Global People Team and reporting to the People Business Partner, this** 9 month contract **role contributes to Our Purpose by influencing the culture of our Corporate Office through providing an exceptional experience to the Corporate team on all of the people basics, people programs, activities and creating overall positive employee experiences. This role also has accountability into our Organisational Development team, working with the Global Leadership and Talent Manager.

Responsibilities include:

- First point of contact for employee HR enquiries
- Generalist HR support in the Corporate Office including recruitment, onboarding, reward and recognition, learning, reporting and analysis, HSE
- Contribute to special programs involving the corporate people team (training, leadership conferences, innovation sessions)
- Coordinate employee experience and wellbeing initiatives (events, learning sessions, Employee Assistance Programs)
- Continuous improvement and digitisation of people processes and systems.
- Uplift corporate team capability in using digital systems to manage people activities.
- Coordination and logistics of Corporate People and OD programs including, cohort calendar invitations, booking venues, allocating materials, delivery support.

**Qualifications**
This is a very busy hands
- on role and you will need to be energetic and flexible with a very high attention to detail. With experience in an HR environment, you will have strong organisational, governance and planning abilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will also have:

- Bachelor degree in HR/Business/Psych
- Experience in an HR team in a corporate environment
- Strong MS office Suite skills
- Effective and strong communications skills
