**About the Opportunity**
Are you passionate about interior design and helping clients bring their vision to life? Due to business growth, we’re seeking highly motivated In-Home Design Consultants with strong sales abilities to join our respected and successful team.

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance on window furnishings and home décor solutions, combining your design expertise with your sales skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences—all while enjoying the flexibility to set your schedule around family commitments, including school pick-ups.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in in-home design consulting, window furnishings, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong sales skills with a consultative, customer-focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for home styling
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and advise customers on their design needs
- A reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments
- A mobile phone and laptop for managing bookings and customer interactions

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
