**URGENT HIRING: Female Support Worker Needed in Morayfield - Local Applicants Only**

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and engaging female Support Worker to assist a highly intelligent and thoughtful 16-year-old young lady in Morayfield.

**Required Availability**:

- **Wednesdays**: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Saturdays**: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Please note: Applicants must be local to the Morayfield area to ensure reliability and consistency in support.

**About the Role**:
This position is focused on Capacity Building, supporting the participant both at home and in the community, including attending medical and health-related appointments. You will play a key role in helping her build the skills and confidence to manage academic responsibilities, social interactions, and daily living activities.

**To be considered, you MUST**:

- Be female, aged 28-35 years old (as requested by the nominee)
- Live locally to Morayfield (essential)
- Hold a Certificate III or higher in Disability or Individual Support
- Have extensive experience in capacity building roles, including identifying strengths and implementing skill-building strategies
- Hold a Yellow Card, have completed NDIS Worker Orientation Modules, and possess current First Aid and CPR certification
- Hold a full driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Be highly organised, show great initiative, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with no accent (as requested by the nominee, due to participant’s difficulty understanding accents)
