We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide 1:1 support to our NDIS participant residing in the **Morayfield, QLD Area**. The participant requires assistance with daily activities such as getting to and from day programs, personal care, meal preparation, household chores, and community involvement. If you are a compassionate individual with a positive attitude, patience, and an empathetic nature, this could be the ideal role for you.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:

- A Certificate 3 in Mental Health or Disability Support Services/Age Care
- A minimum of 6 months' experience supporting people with disabilities
- An Employment Working with Children’s Check, or in the process of obtaining one
- Experience in SIL & STA environments is an advantage
- A car and driver's license
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain one
- Two to three relevant, professional, and industry-related reference checks
- A valid, or in the process of obtaining, First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Willingness to travel to the **Morayfield QLD Area**:

- A Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Availability to work on a roster for Monday to Friday, and possible weekend shift
- Female support worker preferred

Additional qualifications and experiences that would be advantageous include Mental Health experience, experience with wheelchair-bound clients, and medication administration.
