**Wanted: Junior Office Assistant** NO AGENCIES

We are a small packaging company that is 100% Australian owned with a focus on producing and filling high quality sachets, pouches and other flexible packaging, also bottles, jars and other containers.
Our services include filling of liquids, creams, pastes, powders, granular products and liquids with particulates.

**To be considered for this position we are looking for the following**:

- Professional written & verbal communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word,One Note);
- High attention to detail
- Current Driver’s License or ability to catch public transport

**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Assisting with invoicing, archiving and backups
- Data Entry including client filing and collating documents for production
- Assisting with updating our Database, Stock, Equipment and machinery registries
- Customer service, liaising with suppliers, client communication and appointments
- Performing other varied & relevant duties as required

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
