DVL Accounting is a boutique accounting firm established in 2014, specialising in personalised accounting and taxation services for small and medium-sized businesses, family enterprises, and individuals. The Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and a smile
  • Assisting with data entry and saving client information to our systems (MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Scanning, filing, and organising documents (both digital and paper)
  • Assisting with mail management, including daily trips to the post office and banking (twice a week)
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence and invoices under supervision
  • Supporting the team with general office duties (ordering stationery, replenishing kitchen supplies, maintaining archive files)
  • Assisting with appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Helping to prepare working papers and checklists for client jobs
  • Learning to use office software and practice management tools
  • Other administrative tasks as required

  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • No prior office experience required – training will be provided
