Your Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter, ideally with some FMCG/Manufacturing experience, who is looking for engaging and fulfilling work, partnering onsite with our client - one of Australia's most iconic food brands (imagine a kitchen full of Tim Tams)
The role is varied and will see you involved with all aspects of recruitment, managing end to end recruitment spanning white and blue collar, talent acquisition advisory activities and innovative sourcing strategy, reactivating pipelines and managing your own portfolio within a supportive environment. Your ability to use your initiative and drive outcomes at pace will see you build strong relationships and show value from the get-go.
About you
- Prior experience recruiting in blue collar, manufacturing roles would be great, either working on the client side or recruitment agency.
- Highly organised with a strong customer focus.
- Forward-thinking, able to see the solution, above the problem.
- Highly flexible and ready to roll your sleeves up.
- The ability to learn and deliver on new roles, industries, and talent segments with a minimum of fuss.
