**About Gowrie NSW Erskineville**

We are a not-for-profit OSHC service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. **Your Impact**

Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices and guide the delivery of the educational program as an educational leader. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.

Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.

**Availability to work 35 Hours per week Monday to Friday split shifts 12 month contract commencing July/August**

**To work split shifts 7 - 10 & 2pm - 6pm until October then 10am - 6pm October until contract end**

**About you**

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
- Have previous leadership experience
- Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
- Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
- Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
- Have two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots)
