- This organisation is seeking an experienced, motivated and professional program/project manager to lead and develop key stakeholder relationship projects and assist in the case management and coordination of support for trainees.

- Located in Sydney we are seeking an astute project officer who demonstrates solid acumen and displays an innovative and strategic style combining a proactive approach to leadership.
- Reporting to the Divisional Manager you will be accountable for supporting and leading a greater project team. Your core responsibility will be to lead and drive the team nurturing a customer centric and continuous improvement philosophy.
- Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage engagement and stakeholder programs
- Strategic decision making
- People management
- Data Collection
- Minute taking and facilitation of meetings and further training
- Report writing and correspondence
- Administrative support to project team
- Assist in driving and leading projects- Project Officer experience
- Experience managing committees
- Strong secretariat skills
- Experience in report writing
- Experience within health
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
