**Join our Workforce Services Team as the Human Resources Audit and Integrity Officer**

Join our team as an HR Audit & Integrity Officer and become a key player in ensuring the quality of our workforce data. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative HR processes and projects, making a real impact on how we operate at SALHN.

**About the role**:
Duties for the role will include:

- Implementing and maintaining processes that support the quality and integrity of workforce data.
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture.
- Developing and delivering clear, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders.
- Providing data analysis and research activities related to workforce data quality

**About you**:

- You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to provide high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under general direction.
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of human resource information systems like CHRIS21.
- A sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and the impact of change
