**About the Role**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- ** HRIS Support**: Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- ** HR Processes**: Support cyclical HR activities such as audits, casual conversions, wage subsidy tracking, and apprenticeship administration.
- ** Data Entry and Validation**: Enter employee information into the HRIS system and help validate data to ensure it's accurate and up to date.
- ** Reporting**: Help generate reports such as headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
- ** Records Management**: Assist with maintaining organised, secure HR files and supporting compliance with records retention policies.
- ** Compliance Support**: Contribute to monitoring compliance with employment legislation by helping maintain accurate records.
- ** Employee Support**: Be a friendly point of contact for staff needing information or assistance with HR-related queries.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Interest in HR systems (experience with Workday, HumanforceHR or similar is a plus, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
