Sales Administrator

As the largest provider of heavy vehicle workshop equipment, this organisation specialises in delivering high-end products and end-to-end workshop fit-out solutions. Due to their strong leadership team, and dedication to their staff and clients, this company continues to go from strength to strength and is now seeking a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
This position will play a critical role in providing internal support to the customer service and sales team and responding to inbound inquiries. With ongoing training and development, no previous industry experience is required, and you will be given the opportunity to continually progress.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the sales and customer service team with quoting and actioning inbound inquiries
- Entering orders in a timely manner to ensure client's needs are met
- Generating and following up on quotes
- Liaising with customers regarding their orders and ensuring they are kept up to date on ETAs
- Coordinating meetings with regional Business Development Managers
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy customer contact, being the support person to the sales team, and building strong relationships. Your strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are essential in this role.
