A rare opportunity has arisen to join our high performing team in Sydney We are seeking an experienced **Talent Acquisition Specialist **to drive operational and strategic projects managing the IT and technical portfolio.

**Who you are**:

- An experienced and engaging Talent Acquisition Specialist within the ICT/Technology space
- Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
- Strong experience in leveraging market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Operational end to end recruitment and strategic sourcing within the technical space
- Providing guidance and advice as a trusted partner adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying, engaging and retaining top talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to strategize and deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
