Join our Perth Depot located in Kewdale as an **Administrator** and play a critical role in our operations. We are looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.

**Shifts Available**:

- Monday to Friday | 5:30am start

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Manifesting consignments** - Ensure accurate tracking and delivery.
- **Coordinating load planning & operational support** - Assist in efficient transport management.
- **Processing & managing customer orders** - Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- **Collaborating with operational staff** - Meet all customer requirements effectively.
- **Overseeing freight bookings & time slot allocations** - Maintain smooth logistics operations.
- **Debriefing driver paperwork** - Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.
- **Assisting with depot pallet control** - Support efficient inventory management.
- **Ensuring accurate documentation & compliance** - Adhere to all transport industry regulations and standards.
