**_We are seeking an experienced person for our Head Office to work with our Sales team, who will become part of a strong dynamic player in an enjoyable and vibrant working environment, reporting to the Wholesale & Sales Divisional Manager._**

**You will be required to work 5 days per week however hours are flexible.**

**_Primary Responsibilities:_**
- Manage incoming shipments of equipment imported from overseas factories via container and RORO vessels
- Coordinate container and equipment transport delivery from port to multiple branches within Australia
- Organise transport of equipment between interstate branches
- Liaise regularly with suppliers and manufacturers for updates on outstanding orders
- Updating delivery reports and ETAs from factories
- Obtain freight (domestic and international) costings for equipment
- Build strong networks with shipping and transport companies to continually find efficient and economical ways move equipment from abroad and domestic

- Strong customer service focus and skills with a professional attitude and approach
- Be able to communicate professionally and courteously at all times
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (good Excel and Word skills)
- Always looking for continuous improvement ideas for streamlining the process.
- Must be highly motivated
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Set own work priorities with strong time management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, can do approach
- Had administrative experience in transport, sales or coordination
